Lawyer Enrico Fassi graduated with honours in Law from the University of Milan in 2012, with a thesis in Advanced Tax Law entitled “Bankruptcy and Tax Proceedings,” supervised by Professor Gaetano Ragucci.
He was admitted to the Milan Bar on 10 December 2015. He is the author of several contributions on criminal law matters published in specialist journals. He has been collaborating with the law firm of Perla Sciretti since September 2013.
