Lawyer Andrea Marcora graduated with honours in Law from the University of Milan in 2005, with a thesis in Criminal Procedure entitled “New Forms of International Letters Rogatory,” and has been collaborating with the law firm of Perla Sciretti since 2005. While still a trainee lawyer, he attended the court-appointed defence counsel qualification course at the Milan Bar Council, obtaining the relevant certification in October 2006.
He was admitted to the Milan Bar on 3 December 2008. Through his collaboration with the law firm of Perla Sciretti, Marcora has over time gained experience in the strategic management of matters leading to judicial proceedings, as well as in out-of-court assistance. He has also developed specialist expertise in environmental protection legislation, and particularly in waste management, as well as in workplace health and safety, while at the same time acquiring specific experience in trial advocacy, serving as court-appointed defence counsel before the Milan Bar.
