Lawyer Alessio Mascia graduated summa cum laude in Law from the University of Bologna in 1999, with a thesis in Commercial Criminal Law.
He began practising law in 1999 in collaboration with the law firm of Perla Sciretti and was admitted to the Milan Bar on 4 November 2002. Since 2015, he has been admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation. In the course of his practice providing legal assistance and advice in criminal law, he has gained specific expertise in the fields of corporate, food, tax and banking criminal law, among others.
