Lawyer Perla Sciretti, student of the Deutsche Schule in Milan, graduated cum laude from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 1982 with a dissertation on Criminal Procedure and she is a member of the Milan bar, as well as qualified to argue cases before the Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).
After many years of professional collaboration with Lawyer Corso Bovio, she founded the Firm in 1995, developing her expertise in the specialized areas of corporate criminal law. She has participated as a speaker at conferences and study meetings organized by the Council of the Milan Bar Association, the Milan Criminal Chamber, as well as the Superior Council of the Magistracy concerning criminal and environmental issues, as well as conferences organized by professional orders and private training.
She collaborates with the German Consulate and the German Assistance Association and School in Milan, of whose Guidance Committee she is a member, cultivating contacts with offices and administrative articulations of the Federal Republic of Germany.
She has been a member, since its establishment, of the Editorial Committee of the legal journal of the Milan Criminal Chamber “Foro Ambrosiano”.
In addition, she has been teaching at the Training School of the Order of Journalists of Milan.
In 2008 she established the “Scholarship in memory of Lawyer Corso Carlo Libero Bovio” to support young professionals attending the preparation course for the Bar Examination, set up by the Department of Continuing Education of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
Since 2010 she has collaborated with the chair of Philosophy of Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Piacenza.
She has also been part of the faculty speakers of the Continuing Education Course organized by the National School of Higher Education of Criminal Lawyers, sponsored by the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers, especially through the participation to conferences on environmental law.
She is also part of the organization of forensic training in environmental law of the Milan Bar Association, as part of the continuing education program for lawyers.
In the business consulting activity, she participates in the coordination of crisis committees, as well as in interventions for updating and remodelling the D.Lgs n. 231/01 preventive system.
She has received – since 2022 - assignments to participate in Supervisory Boards from companies active in the environmental energy sector.
The firm maintains and develops contacts in German and English and periodically welcomes young lawyers interested in deepening their knowledge of the subjects covered, supporting their training with specific initiatives.
With Attorney Alessio Mascia and the other Colleagues and collaborators of the Firm, Attorney Perla Sciretti has formed a cohesive and eclectic team, capable of readily analyzing any critical situation, managing assignments effectively with passion, competence and versatility.
